Want to learn more about Woodbury? The Woodbury Citizens’ Academy is looking for residents with an interest in and commitment to voluntarism. At the 10 Monday evening sessions, participants (ages 16+) will learn how local public, private and nonprofit sectors work in their respective areas, as well as in unison, to make Woodbury a positive place to reside.
Sponsored by the Woodbury Community Foundation, the city of Woodbury and the Woodbury Lions Club, the academy ends on April 23 with a special graduation celebration. For more information, contact Alisa Rabin Bell, executive director, Woodbury Community Foundation, 651.788.6586.
