We will then move out to the woods and prairies for walking meditations and experiences in the natural world. Michael Martin\, Fire Captain from Woodbury Fire Department\, will guide you through hands-on scenario based exercises and provide valuable CPR techniques. \nDuring the session\, you will gain the confidence to respond effectively in emergency situations\, potentially saving lives.
