DESCRIPTION:When teenager\, Ren McCormack\, moves from Chicago to the small town of Bomont\, he soon learns that dancing and rock music are banned after a tragic accident involving local teenagers. Ren challenges the town’s rules (held strongly by the town minister) and fights for the right to hold a high school dance. Along the way he befriends locals\, falls for the minister’s rebellious daughter and helps the community confront its fears and heal from the past. \nPerformances will be at Oltman Middle School Auditorium on the following dates: \n\n7 p.m. June 20\n3 p.m. June 21\n7 p.m. June 22 (Pay What You Can/Industry Night – purchase tickets at whatever rate you see fit)\n7 p.m. June\n2 p.m. June 27 (*Sensory Friendly – Discounted rate of $15 for adults and $12 for kids/seniors)\n7 p.m. June 27\n3 p.m. June 28 (ASL Interpreted)\n\n*Please note: the June 27 performance at 2 p.m. will be a sensory friendly option.
