An amateur photographer captures the great migration.
“My wife Sara and I walk our two dogs Opie and Sammie every afternoon,” Jorg Lueke says. “That day, I heard the calls of the egrets, looked up and saw them flying in formation and took the photo. The white of the birds on blue of the sky with puffy white clouds made it an instantly attractive subject.”
