A New Story of Addiction: Faith, Drugs and the Search for Healing

Registration is still open for A New Story of Addiction: Faith, Drugs and the Search for Healing, taking place live online 9 a.m.–3 p.m. October 22.
You’ll learn why people may turn to drugs and why they may feel alone. You’ll also learn how faith, love, support and being part of a community can help people heal. This is about more than telling someone to stop using drugs. It’s about learning how we can truly help.
The conference is designed for faith leaders, people in recovery, families, congregational teams, and addiction and mental-health professionals.
Registration is $50. Group registration is $149 for unlimited people watching together at one location. Limited scholarships are available.
You’ll hear from:
- Reverand Timothy McMahan King: What Are Drugs For?
- Jennifer Carlier: Finding God in the Basement
- Pastor Ed Treat: The Lie That Kills Us
