Join Dodge naturalists inside the new Education Center at the Shepard Farm Property in Cottage Grove to uncover the origins and traditions associated with holiday cookies. Learn about the plants that become the various spices and extracts used to flavor these seasonal favorites. Sample various kinds of cookies, including America’s first Christmas cookie, and decorate your own cookies to take home. Learning was never so delicious!
