Nonprofit Best Christmas Ever is hoping to give more than 150 families this holiday season an unforgettable holiday.
The holiday season is just around the corner, and for most families that means spending time together—for kids, it usually means presents. But some families fall upon tough times, and nonprofit Best Christmas Ever is hoping to give more than 150 families this holiday season an unforgettable holiday.
Best Christmas Ever first began in 2010 with Don, a single dad battling ulcerative colitis. Relatives surprised him with bags full of gifts for his kids. Wanting to pay it forward, Don and his friend Jason began BCE. And the rest is history.
BCE serves families across the United States, Locally, BCE captain Jessica Lozano supports Woodbury families.
This year, “I will be partnering with OrangeTheory Fitness, Woodbury and Commercial Investment Properties,” says Lozano. “We are hoping to bless 166 families.”
After the holidays, BCE continues to support families through an additional $1,000 grant, fresh food delivery and continual support from the BCE team and community.
Nominations are due next month. If you know a family in need, find the nomination form (and more info) at bcemovement.com.
