The furniture retailer expands to Woodbury Lakes.
The new Herman Miller showroom (9120 Hudson Road) is officially open, featuring 2,243-square-feet of space that includes the brand’s iconic ergonomic seating, healthcare solutions, interior furnishings and work chairs. “Bringing Herman Miller’s first Minnesota showroom to the center is an exciting milestone and a reflection of the strong leasing momentum we’re building here,” says Ali Runkel, Kimco Realty’s director of real estate. “We’re continuing to see interest from top national brands and look forward to welcoming more dynamic additions soon.”
The Herman Miller opening is one of many new shops slated for Woodbury Lakes. Since joining Kimco Realty’s portfolio in 2024, the shopping center has focused on building a curated lifestyle hub, recently adding MINISO and Paris Baguette. Within the coming months, Herman Miller will be joined by Anthropologie, jewelry studio Rowan and Shake Shack.
