The Woodbury Community Foundation’s annual fundraiser returns for its fifth year

Leave this year’s Chef Fest with a full tummy and a fuller heart—the Woodbury Community Foundation’s annual fundraiser returns for its fifth year, and more than 350 guests are expected. Attendees are treated to food made by local chefs, and proceeds help fund WCF’s community grants and programming, which focus on areas like leadership development, health and wellness, and youth.

Chef Fest will be emceed by WCCO meteorologist Chris Shaffer, and will feature music from pianist and singer Phil Thompson. There’s also an auction.

The winners of this year’s WCF community grants will also be announced at Chef Fest. Roger Green, WCF board chair, said in a recent press release, “The proceeds will support the Citizens Academy, Woodbury Thrives and The Community Nonprofit Roundtable.”
