August 10 marks National S’mores Day, and I don’t know about you, but I’ll be celebrating the wacky holiday with a s’mores-flavored cocktail. This is the perfect cocktail to celebrate the day, as well as the end of summer. Cheers!
- 1 oz. vanilla flavored vodka (marshmallow-flavored vodka works, too!)
- 1 oz. RumChata
- 2 oz. chocolate milk
- Mini marshmallows
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Chocolate syrup
Break up the graham crackers into small crumbles and set aside on a plate. Coat the rim of your glass with chocolate syrup; dip the chocolate rim into the graham cracker crumbs. You can also add chocolate syrup to the inside of the glass. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, RumChata, chocolate milk and ice. Shake and pour into glass. Top with mini marshmallows—and toast with a cooking torch.
