Bricks & Minifigs is the newest toy store in the area, having opened its Woodbury doors in December. The shop is unlike any other in the area, offering a variety of sets and services. Most notably, the “trade-in” program allows families and collectors to swap old Lego sets for new ones. “Other stores will only sell new in box,” says Charity Bahr, Bricks & Minifigs event coordinator. “We offer prebuilt and retired sets that customers can’t find at other stores.”
Bricks & Minifigs (bricksandminifigs.com) hosts birthday parties, minifig swap days and themed nights. The events are very popular, giving Lego enthusiasts a place to connect and celebrate their collective hobby. The response from Woodbury has been overwhelmingly positive, with customers coming from near and far. “We couldn’t be more grateful for this community,” Bahr says.
