Women's Night Out & Boutique

Join us for an evening of fellowship, encouragement and inspiration. Hear from motivational speaker, Marilyn Sharpe, as she talks about how we give and receive many blessings from others. She will enrich you with her words and you will feel inspired. Her information is valuable to women of all ages. The speaker event component is $15/person and pre-registration is required. Eden Prairie Indoor Triathlon

Compete against fellow community members in the center’s state-of-the-art competitive swimming pools and fitness center. Participants will compete in waves of eight. They will swim 1,000 meters or row 2,500 meters, bike 10 miles, and run three miles for a chance to win one of three medals.

Ages 14 and under. Prices vary. All day event.

Hot Dash: Twin Cities in Motion Run

Get your blood flowing at this Minnesotan-themed run. Run a 5k, or tackle the steep “Oven Mitt Mountain” on the 10-mile route. At the end, warm up with hot dish and a meat raffle. Lumberjack shirt optional.

Angst Movie Screening and panel discussion

Join us for a free screening of the movie Angst – is a 56-minute film and virtual reality experience that explores anxiety, its causes, effects and what we can do about it. The filmmakers’ goal is to have a global conversation and raise awareness around anxiety. Angst features candid interviews with kids and young adults who suffer, or have suffered, from anxiety and what they’ve learned about it.

Two Screening options:  Tuesday, 10/2, 7:30am - 9:00am OR  Tuesday, 10/2, 6:45pm - 8:30pm
